You are not originally from Utah. I attended Kent State and 12 days after graduation my Mom, Dad, sister, and brother-in-law loaded up my family minivan and started driving to Utah. Moving and relocating to Utah was definitely stressful, but also one of the most memorable and fun experiences I have ever had.

Utah has been amazing so far and offers me the opportunity for adventure in and out of work every day. After that, I settle into work where I am meeting with current and potential customers, building sales decks, practicing and giving demos, and calling potential customers to set up a time to chat with them. Together we moved all over NYC, NJ, and now we’re in Utah. Come in, drink some water, say hi to the Sales Team, stop to get some pets throughout the day, go play outside with other doggos while Mom prospects, eat, swim in the creek, go to a meeting or two, get some treats. We stopped in PA, OH, IL, IO, NE, WY, and finally Utah.
And why tech sales? That’s what drew me towards this business at Qualtrics and the sales internship–I can make a difference. Now we get to shadow the Account Executives in those initial meetings to better understand the full sales cycle. There are so many sales styles out there. There are so many things to do.
